- Siapkan panci, marinasi daging dg garam dan black pepper Di semua sisi. Diamkan 10 mnt. Kemudian Masukkan daging dan semua bumbu (kecuali butter, gula, sour cream dan roti tawar) siram dg air larutan cuka. Tutup dg plastik wrap dan simpan dlm Lemari es 2-3 hari.
- Setelah 2-3hr,keluarkan Dari kulkas. Sharing, pisah Kan daging dan kuah. Panaskan butter, masak daging sampai semua sisinya berkerak (spt masak steak medium rare ya bund).
- Campurkan kembali kuah dan daging, kemudian masak dlm oven dg suhu 170 derajat selama 3 Jam. Setelah masak, keluarkan Dari oven. Ambil daging dan Sisihkan. Panaskan wajan, Masukkan kuah. Tambahkan gula garam merica untuk koreksi rasa. Tambahkan jg roti tawar yg sudah Di hancurkan (ini untuk membuat konsistensi kuah/Saus nya sdkt kental) terakhir tambahkan sour cream dan masak sampai mengental. Tata daging diatas piring, siram dg Saus nya. Siap dinikmati.
